Handle the RFID verification back from Sonrai

Company Code Route Date [MM/DD/YYYY] Local Vehicle timestamp RFID tag which be servered Latitude Longtitude Observation ['1' = Violation tags, '2' = Bin Service - Maintenance, '3' = TBD] Result Field T for True, F for False as a result of the consumption of the service
